So i bought the starter kit. The pump is so silent, the timer is super easy and has a great display. Customer service is super. Thx for the great product, i like it alot.

The customer service really is "fanatical customer service". I was the completely wrong customer that Marty emailed back and forth with almost 30 times. He never lost his cool or anything. I really recommend this product. Not just because they have the best misting spray nozzle even, but mainly because of the Owner Marty.

I ordered two ultimate mistking systems set up one could not get it to work. There support is the greatest they went thru the entire setup with me .Trust me I’m totally clueless but they had patience and helped me thru it . I can’t sing there praise enough. I chose to use a MistKing system to maintain relative humidity in my Intermediate Orchid Greenhouse. The system has worked flawlessly for me. Have had my mistaking starter set running for two weeks now, super happy with it. So glad we researched misting systems before I just purchased something. Easy set up, and is so much fun to see it go off in my cages. Our reptiles are so much happier, and we don’t have to kill our arms spraying cages by hand every day!

I use a MistKing misting system with 9 misting nozzles to water in my orchidarium. This past Sunday morning the nozzles were spitting out water rather than the usual misting. I emailed MistKing and had a response within 1 hour with some helpful advise. After several emails back and forth the system was up and running within 2 hrs. MistKing really care about their customers and offer exemplary customer service. This is my 2nd experience were MistKing have gone above and beyond my expectations.

Having been using a Mistking v4 with two sprayers for about six months, ifind this an amazing mister unit. The only shame is the abismal service here in the UK, I have been unfortuant enough to be sold poor ro water by my supplier this has blocked my nozzles, and they cannot be purchased in the UKonly complete assembalies some what of a bummer,surely the UK importer should make all parts avaliable not just the expensive parts shame as superb unit

I purchased a MistKing Starter System through Amazon and everything worked fine, except the timer was defective. I e-mailed the MistKing team and promptly received a response regarding troubleshooting issues to ensure that the timer was indeed defective. Since it was not fixable, I was sent a brand new timer immediately and have since set it up. It works flawlessly, so thank you for the excellent customer service and great product!

purchased the starter kit with the upgraded pump and dual nozzle, i'm glad i did. I wen't with Mistking over others purely based on suggestions from forums. I do wish i went with the repeat timer though instead of the regular seconds timer. Better online comparisons between the features of the 3 types would have probably made me chose the repeat timer over the basic one. Other than that, i am VERY happy with the system and it is MUCH quieter than i would have guessed! Would recommend to others in a heartbeat!

The mistking systems work great! They might cost a little more, but it is absolutely worth it. I will admit I have had bad luck getting the wrong items in my shipments, but I have always recieved the correct item eventually, free of charge. Today I own 3 mistking systems. They have all worked perfectly since day 1. Before I upgraded to mistking I had used cheaper systems that all ended up breaking down within 6 months, which cost me both time and money. Trust me, its not worth it. Buy Quality :)

Just wanted to say that I got my mistking yesterday, and it's one of the best things EVER!!!!! I already love it!! Peepers (my chameleon) is not to find of it yet but I think after a while he will come to love it as much as I do!!! If anyone is on the fence about spending the money for a mistking (like I was for a while) I will tell you its worth every penny!!!!!!!

I've been using MistKing misters for quite a few years now with great success. In my opinion, there is no comparison when it comes to misting systems. MistKing is definitely the King of this market. I have also have one of their Jungle Hobbies LED light from when they were first released. The tank this is over is thriving. The color in the plants really pop under this! -Jerrod K.

I was very pleased to switch my misting system over to MistKing (should have been my first choice, take note!). The pumps and nozzles/heads are top notch and when I had questions Marty was very responsive and provided support in troubleshooting my issue. I highly recommend both service and products. Mistking is the best Misting system for my paludarium. Monsoon RS-400 was my last set up but totally unhappy with it, Once i received my Mistking, the units installs in minutes, but takes time to perfect the setup, i.e neatness, looking nice and concealed. bought one for my frogs and it is by far the best system. I have tried a lot. For the money it is worth every penny and more. i would not buy any other misting system! You guys did it right!

I ordered the Ultimate System for my little green house, and it is the best choice I made. Everything is built to last, the reptile fogger I used look likes a toy when I compare it to the MistKing. The mist is very fine and 3 nozzles are enough to reach everywhere of my green house. Now I can be worry-free when the summer comes again. I can leave the system with a large water tank and let it runs for days before refilling. And I must mention how nice Marty is. I was a little confused when I try to install the system, and Marty helped me quick and nice! You can tell he knows the system well. Wonderful products, great customer service, I will surely stay with MistKing. I hope more people knows about MistKing. Thank you, Marty, for the great products and your help.

Finally it happened, last Christmas (2016) I got a personal delivery from no other than the man himself Marty,great person even tho he's on a Family Vacation (Hongkong) he still took big effort to give way..to bring my Kit here, and that i truly appreciate and thankful.. then after 12 days i got free and took the liberty of installing the system, its pretty easy with detailed instruction from the box, and i was stun the moment i saw the mistking in action, it was unbelievable @50microns it was freaky surreal, the way it makes mist, it was a cut above the rest, hands down. Then theres the ST-Timer it was super doped..let me tell u guys u can even fuckin set the execution time down to seconds damn..., plus u can set 10-programs with diff. firing schedule/duration.. ohh then theres the sweet motor pump..looks is deceiving tho..the pump is super quiet and stealthy..no rattling no nothin compared to other mediocre noisy crap pumps.. No sugar coating here..im tellin u guys if u wanna invest on good sytem look no further..this is the Real Deal...here..Quality is superb. I highly vouch Mistking. What u see in youtube cant do justice... u gotta see it in live up close & personal to appreciate it..You will be blown away..once u own one of these kits. again big hugs to Marty, Cheers francis

I work with a variety of chelonians that come from rainforest and cloudforest environments. After doing ample research for the best misting system, it was clear that MistKing was the most complete, professional option available. After using my four Starter Misting Systems for a few months, I am 100% satisfied with all four of them. Each pump runs 8 nozzles without any reduction in water pressure. The mist that is emitted is extremely fine and provides excellent humidity in all of my enclosures. The ST-24 seconds timers allow me to mist some of my animals just in the morning and evening and others periodically throughout the day for any amount of time that I wish. They are extremely customizable. A huge advantage with MistKing pumps is that they are working perfectly even after running dry for a day when I was out of town and was not able to refill my reservoir. I highly recommend MistKing and after using them will be purchasing more in the future as my collection expands. I can also say that if you do have any questions or issues with your unit, MistKing customer service is THE BEST in the industry. Don't waste your time or money with other misting products (I have tried them and they don't compare!). Jeremy T.

A large amount of reptiles and amphibians kept in captivity come from regions with extremely high humidity and maintaining this is often essential to their health and part of your responsibility in offering proper care to your animal. Mistking is second to none- a must have for anyone with tropical tree boas and frogs. The set-up is quick and easy and a year down the road I have not had one issue even after letting the tank run dry on several occasions. Fantastic equipment and incredibly good after sales service which often is the true quality test for any company. I started off with the Ultimate Pack as a Christmas present to myself - which was a really good choice and have since expanded to additional nozzels. It's a bit like SONOS the music system - it is a bit of out-lay but so worth it and once you have it you see it is money well spent, after that you get addicted to expanding your system!

MistKing is a phenomenal product with fantastic customer service. I will never use another misting system for my reptiles. The price of the system is more than reasonable for the quality of the customized product you received. Marty replies quickly to any emails you send. If you go with a MistKing you won't regret it.

The shipping time was great. From Canada to the South West USA. The products work just as promised. The mist is fine and beautiful. The zip drip valve is absolutely amazing. And the customer service is great. I did my correspondence through email...photos, diagrams, everything. My issue was solved in a few days, and it was operator error. I've been an avid vivarium/terrarium/reptile/amphibian hobbyist for the majority of my life. For as long as I can remember, I've heard of Mistking and their quality. I have seen their systems in action before, and I am so happy that I finally got one. My only is question is to myself - Why did it take so long?

I have not purchased a system yet, but the customer support from Marty has been outstanding. I have been asking a bunch of questions via email. The responses have been incredibly prompt. I will definitely buy from MistKing when I figure out exactly what I need. --markM

Just wanted to say im very pleased with the mistking and couldn't be happier with it i highly recommend having this product if you own chameleons i have a few chameleons and the mistking is perfect for them they didnt like the big water drops from other misters and would often run away .not with the mist king its such a fine mist it truly is perfect

Was having some trouble conceptualizing the bulkhead and reservoir idea. Emailed customer service and Marty was available within 20 minutes and helped me out. everything worked out and my system is working like a dream.

The starter system is fantastic. It is easy to assemble by just pushing tubing into the connectors. The system gives better hydration to my chameleon and is easier to maintain [instead of frequently filling and cleaning my humidifier and dripper, which I no longer use]. Also, I use about 50% less water, so it is more efficient and convenient. I just wish that I bought it sooner.

I have been searching for a self contained system to water plants in my greenhouse for some time. I purchased the 3/8" system with booster and controller. It works great! Marty was a huge help in sorting parts. Highly recommend system and company for quality and service.

Customer support is number one in my book . Marty has been great for advice and support . We bought the starter system with the zip drip in 2011 . I have had the pump run dry for extended periods ( health troubles ) and the pump has survived and kept on going . I can highly recommend Mistking as a quality product that will not disappoint you . 5 Stars !!!! Thank you Mistking .

I've been using my Starter Misting System v4.0 since April 2016 in my little 6 ft by 8 ft greenhouse to help keep the temperature below 90 deg F. It was easy to set up and adjust. Actually it helps to humidify and mist my mounted orchids as well as control high temps. Just be sure to have plenty of air circulation. The pump is a beast, it is really reliable. I use RO water to help keep the mist nozzles free from clogging. A great investment for my orchid greenhouse!

MistKing is the best product to go to if you are looking for fine mist to get the job done. Its very easy to setup and start,mistking has really put in a lot of effort to make the customer happy. If you have any questions their customer service is incredible and knowledgeable. Definitely in the future, I will be making more purchases.

I'd like to say that the customer service at MistKing is great. I had an issue and when I contacted them was always responded to promptly. I had ordered the starter system from another site and the timer was bad. I contacted Mistking directly and was contacted by Marty who helped me troubleshoot the system and conclude I had received a bad timer. They shipped me a brand new one very quickly without any charge to me. I got the new timer installed and the system works great! I couldn't be more pleased with it!

I bought a starter system for my green iguana with the Hygrostat, and noticed some difficulty with getting a listed feature (setting day and night times) working. Turns out the site was not up to date, a fact that I learned within 5-10 minutes of submitting the question, thanks to the reply I received from Marty soon after, that not only explained the circumstances but gave a workaround (day/night is a 12 hour period from 6AM to 6PM). I've not ever had customer service so prompt and courteous, ever. And beyond the above issue, the system runs like a dream. Kudos to MistKing, they run a tight ship.

I very recently purchased the Ultimate Misting system and thought that the ST-42 timer (included) was defective. I reached out to Mist King and was assisted by Marty. As it turns out, I was misinterpreting the programming instructions regarding "Start" and "Stop" times. It seems that the correct "Start" time should be the time that the misting system should turn on and the "Stop" time should be the DURATION that the the mister should STAY on. Each program (designated by p0 through p9) can be set to a different start and duration time (i.e., stop time). Thanks, Marty for patiently providing user training on this issue. The system is solid and we're very satisfied!

Started to get another competitors system that starts with "M", but I read they don't last to long, depending on where to purchase they go from 99 to 125$. I had almost forgot about the mistking that I had read about on the dendrobates board. I spent th extra money and ordered the starter kit with the hygrometer controller that takes the guess work out of programming times to mist to maintain desired humidity. I am glad I spent the extra few bucks, it's built like a tank, this system kicks a$$. Skip the typical pet store junk and spend the extra 50$. It will save you a dead misting system, more spent money to replace it, stressed animals, and give you piece of mind to boot.

Here in the high desert of Colorado, it’s DRY! So, I purchased the Starter Misting System in hopes of getting my snake setup humid enough to stop shedding problems. Looking at multiple options & reviews & forum posts, it was quickly apparent that MistKing was the best bang for the buck. The first thing that impressed me was how quickly it arrived! Setting up the system was no problem with easy-to-follow, concise, and detailed instructions. Unfortunately, the timer wasn’t working. I was dreading going through the whole customer service rigamarole, until I emailed MistKing. I have never encountered such GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!! :) I received a reply, a solution, and a notification of a shipped replacement all before I even checked my email again. The Starter Misting System is now perfect! With the programed daily cycles and wide dispersion of fine droplets, keeping appropriate humidity levels is a piece of cake! It does such a great job, I only have to use a few of the 10 programmable events on the ST-24 timer. The SUPER QUIET compact pump is plenty powerful! It's easy to hide, and the spray nozzle is fairly small, so the terrarium still looks pretty. The system obviously solidly made from very sturdy materials, so I’m sure it’ll last a long time. And to top it all off, since installation there have been no more shedding problems. Yay! MistKing has created a die-hard fan in me, because this is obviously a company that cares about its customers and has a clearly superior product that they stand behind. :)

I purchased the ultimate misting system back in 2014 for misting my phrynosoma platyrhinos and it has been a very good system with no issues at all.i think any one keeping any type of reptile needs a system like this as it has worked great for my phrynosoma and I thank mistking for a problem solved as I thought when I got my phrynosoma that hydrating them would be a problem but that's not the case,done right I have had very good results keeping these lizards.which I know most zoos have had problems keeping them. thanks richard

MistKing makes a top-quality product. You can find cheaper systems (and I did) but they do not have the durability or flexibility of MistKing. My other system lasted a mere 3 months before moisture got to the integrated timer and the whole reservoir sprayed into the tank. Get it right the first time and go with MistKing.

When I received my MistKing Starter pack, the shipping box had been beaten up so bad that even the packaging of the MistKing was damaged. This wasn't any fault of MistKing but the shipping company. Everything within the box was packed and placed so well that the only thing to break was a T-valve. After contacting MistKing Support and sending them a picture of the cracked piece; they sent me a replacement. The whole system fit's in my setup and is incredibly quiet for the power it holds. The directions supplied with the system helped me put everything together without any further fuss. Overall, an A++ experience!
